Agentidoo runs on credits. Every answer Aimee gives uses one, whatever it takes to get there. This page covers what a credit is, how many you have, when they come back and what happens at zero.
What a credit is
One credit is one completed turn: your message and Aimee's full answer, including every lookup, tool and action she runs along the way. A long answer that needs twenty tool calls costs the same as a short one.

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe, with VAT added where it applies.
When credits come back
On the Free plan, your credits are refilled on the 1st of every month (UTC). The refill tops your balance up to 25. It never takes credits away: if your balance is already above 25, for example because you redeemed a credit code, it stays as it is.
On a paid plan, each monthly invoice adds your plan's credits to your balance.
Where you see your balance
The meter in the chat bar shows two different things.
- Context belongs to the current conversation. It shows how much of the conversation Aimee can keep in mind at once. At 100 % the conversation is summarised automatically, so you can keep going.
- Credits belong to the whole workspace. Starting a new conversation does not reset them.
Subscription & usage, in the same menu, shows your plan, your balance and how many credits you used over time.
When credits run out
When your balance reaches zero, Aimee does not start a new turn. Instead the chat tells you that your credits are used up, and on the Free plan also when they come back. Your data in Odoo is not affected, and your conversations stay where they are.
To continue before then, change your plan in Subscription & usage. The workspace owner can also redeem a credit code there. Each code works once.
Who pays
Credits belong to the owner of the Agentidoo workspace your Odoo is connected to. Everyone who chats through that connection uses the same balance.
