You can try Aimee without installing anything, or put her to work on your own Odoo right away.
Try the demo first
The live demo at demo.agentidoo.com runs on shared sample data that resets every day. Choose Sign in with demo to start.
What you need
- Odoo 16, 17, 18 or 19, Community or Enterprise.
- An administrator account in that Odoo.
- A host that allows custom Python addons, such as Odoo.sh or your own server. Standard Odoo Online does not support this.
Install the module
- Get the free Agentidoo module from Odoo Apps, together with the dependencies it lists. Choose the version that matches your Odoo.
- On Odoo.sh, use the listing's deployment option or add the addons to your project repository. On your own server, add them to your addons path and restart Odoo.
- In Odoo, turn on developer mode, update the Apps list, search for Agentidoo and install it. For the first install, use a backup or a test instance.
Connect Aimee
Right after you install Agentidoo, Aimee greets you in Odoo: create your free Agentidoo account there, without a confirmation e-mail, or connect the account you already have. If you close that window first, the chat offers Finish setup until Aimee is connected, and colleagues without administrator rights see who can connect her.
Your first request
Start with something that only reads, such as "Show my recent quotations." Aimee works with the permissions of the Odoo user you are signed in as: she can see and change what you can.
The module and the plan are separate
The module is free. The service behind it runs on a plan, and the Free plan includes 25 credits a month with no credit card needed. How credits work is explained in Credits and billing.
