Simple queries use less than a full credit; complex multi-step operations (like creating a customer + sending a quote + scheduling a follow-up) may use 2-3 credits.
Yes, when you grant it permission. Agentidoo can create customers, products, invoices, sales orders, and more — but only for modules you explicitly enable during configuration. You can also require confirmation for write operations on sensitive records.
